Ordering at means simultaneous acceptance of our terms of purchase and delivery as well as our privacy policy. All prices on are inclusive of VAT. To shop with us you must be 18 years old.

An order recognition will be sent immediately upon completion of purchase to the specified e-mail address. It is important that you enter a correct e-mail address for information on possible delays, etc.



The product is delivered free of charge.

Stocked products will be sent within 2-3 days. Delivery time is 1-2 business days. Products not in stock at the time of order are shipped as soon as possible. If you order eyeglasses and sunglasses with single vision or progressive lenses, they will usually ship within 2-3 weeks.


Payment options

In cooperation with Klarna we offer invoice payment, debit, debit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.

Products should be returned in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:


(i) Products that have been manufactured in accordance to instructions of the customer or otherwise have a clear personal touch;

(ii) Products with Broken Seal.

(iii) Products that can quickly deteriorate or become too old.

If you regret your purchase, Klarna will refund all payments received from you. The repayment will take place without unnecessary delay. Return shipping on replacement or return of product is paid by the customer.


We recommend that the product be sent as a traceable package as it is you as a customer who is responsible for the product until it is received by Synsam Sverige AB.



If we delivered a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible to help solve the problem. Send an email to or call +46 (0)8 68 44 20 80 and describe the error. Complaints made within two months of the fault being discovered are considered to be timely.


Ai covers the return for approved complaints.

Once advertised product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, Ai will compensate you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Ai strives for this to happen within 30 days from Ai receiving the complaint. However, it may take longer depending on the nature of the product. Ai reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it is found that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

In case of complaints, Ai follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent committees in other European countries, ARN, Consumer Europe and the ODR platform. You can also find more information at the Consumer Agency.


Unclaimed deliveries

The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us.

Force majeure

Delay due to circumstances beyond Ai's control and which Ai could not reasonably be expected to have included, such as general labor conflict, lightning strike, fire, war, terrorist attack, changed government regulation or other public regulation, operator network malfunction, general scarcity of transport, goods, communication or energy or other similar circumstance as well as delay or failure in subcontractor / consultant services due to circumstances specified herein are not responsible. Such circumstances shall constitute an exemption for Ai which entails the advancement of the date of performance and exemption from liability or other sanction. If Ai is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances stated above, Ai shall inform the customer about this and state the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure. Ai shall also inform the customer when the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure cease. If the circumstance persists for more than two (2) months, both the customer and Ai have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.


Changes to the Terms

Ai reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions on a continuous basis. Changes to these terms will be published on The changes are valid 30 days after Ai has informed you of the changes, alternatively from accepting the terms of a new purchase or visit


Applicable law and dispute

Disputes should be resolved in agreement between the customer and Ai. In order to give the consumer the freedom to resolve any dispute outside the traditional court, Ai always adheres to the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be in accordance with Swedish law and shall, if the customer and Ai can not settle the dispute by mutual agreement, the outcome will be decided by the General Complaints Board or by the General Court.
